What this site is
agoramarketplace.eu is the public-facing site of Agorà. It hosts product information, documentation, news, founder profiles, and forms to request a demo or contact the team. The marketplace itself, where licensed digital assets transit between publishers and AI buyers, is a separate platform accessible only after onboarding under a Master Services Agreement and the relevant data processing terms.
Acceptable use
You can read the site, share links, cite our materials with attribution, and contact us through the forms provided. You agree to refrain from: probing or stress-testing the site beyond ordinary browsing, bypassing authentication or access controls, copying substantial portions of the content for republication without our written permission, sending automated submissions that consume support capacity, uploading content that infringes third-party rights or applicable law.
AI and automated access
Identified crawlers operating under transparent log-keeping practices are welcome. Our policy is published at /robots.txt and /ai.txt. Use of public-site content for AI training, fine-tuning, or retrieval-augmented generation requires our prior written authorisation. Crawlers operating without identification, or in breach of the reservations we declare, will be blocked. We reserve the right to enforce machine-readable opt-outs through legal action where applicable.
Intellectual property
The Agorà name, logo, marks, copy, design system, code, illustrations, and documentation belong to Agorà or are licensed to it, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable rights. Short extracts may be quoted for review, journalism, or research with attribution and a link back. Any other use requires our written consent.
Submissions through the site
Site forms (demo request, contact, newsletter, applications) collect the information you provide. Privacy handling sits in our Privacy Notice. By submitting, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the authority to share it. Suggestions, feedback, and ideas you send to us may be used by Agorà without restriction or compensation, while you retain any pre-existing rights in them.
No warranties
